I co-run wellness events with my amazing sister Gemma Bolger, a qualified yoga instructor. They combine gentle yoga and stretching with playful and soothing words. We might do some journalling, or listen to some soothing words. They’re suitable for people of all experience with yoga and words. They’re relaxed, fun, non-judgemental and everyone is welcome.

Yoga & Books

- Slow Flow Yoga & Words – Gentle Yoga with Storytelling & Creative Writing (60 or 90 mins)
This session mixes restorative style yoga with calming extracts from carefully chosen books. This practice will send you into a blissful state of relaxation, ultimate wind down and best sleep of your life guaranteed. Our 90 minute session allows extra time for a mindful journalling practice.
- Energising Stretch & Scribble – Yoga and Creative Writing (60 mins)
A collaboration with my amazing sister and yoga teacher Gem this session takes you through an energising yoga sequence paired with carefully chosen books, followed by some mindful creative writing of your own. Leaving you energised and feeling like a boss!
- Zen Den Relaxing Meditation and Journalling (10 – 30 mins)
This session will include breathe techniques and some light journalling to help reset. Perfect for any time of day.
