This session is about letting your creativity lead the way, generating new & exciting writing in your own unique style.

During this workshop I’ll take you through fast paced writing exercises to boost mindfulness. All you need is a pen and paper & somewhere chilled to let your imagination do its thing.

The Creative Writing Supper Club takes all the encouraging energy of Breakfast Club with some added connection and of course good food! Diners are invited to spend an evening of low pressure connection with some good food & scribbling.

Stretch & Scribble – yoga & creative writing

Join me & Yoga Teacher Gemma Bolger for a creative session of stretching & scribbling (via Zoom)

Laurie and Gem mix yoga, meditation and creative writing in this creative session to kick start the weekend in a positive way! You’ll need a yoga mat or soft surface to stretch on, a notepad and pen (colours also welcome) and comfortable clothes you can move easily in.

We can also run this session for children aged 5+

Slow Flow & Words

Slow Flow and Words mixes restorative style yoga and journalling. During this session I collaborate with a yoga instructor to bring you poses that match carefully chosen extracts from books, allowing you to wind down before bed. All levels welcome.
